Biography :
Born and raised in West Texas, Michael Rowhanian currently lives in the Lake Travis Austin area with his loving family. He has over 20+ years experience as a licensed real estate professional & real estate investor. Between 2001-2013 he also obtained a Texas mortgage Brokers license and closed hundreds of private loans for residential and commercial cliental. His knowledge for financing, property management, & asset real estate investments were beneficial in promoting an in depth real estate background. In 2006 Michael also launched a private company under Avante Homes where he developed and built luxury estates for the retail market. Michael continues to operate a full service real estate practice in the Central Texas market where his vast knowledge can assist buyers, sellers, or investors in obtaining their real estate goals.
